I got an appointment for my 2014 Durango to fix airbag signal. It took a week to get passenger seat airbag harness delivered and installed. The part cost $42.20, and I was charged $640 for labor. The passenger seat was smeared with a yellow cheese like substance, I’ll assume it was required to install the harness. A courtesy wipe down would be appreciated. I enjoy driving my Durango but the quality of service and high price, it will probably be my last Dodge. More

Scheduled a service appointment for 7:30am. Service department did not open on time. By the time the vehicle was was taken in it was 8:15. Will not go back for routine service, only warranty work since it’s a waste of time and overpriced. Service “advisor” advised useless services for a brand new vehicle.
