This was the fourth time in 3 weeks that my car has been towed. We got the car back on Thursday night. Saturday morning the car didn’t start. I was told by service that my battery was dead which makes no towed. We got the car back on Thursday night. Saturday morning the car didn’t start. I was told by service that my battery was dead which makes no sense. When I purchased the car end of February the usb cord outlet wasn’t working. Since then we have had ongoing issues with usb working on and off. For the battery to sue out of nowhere I’m the warm weather after you were running diagnostic checks for the last few weeks seems questionable. The battery was about $400 and I was time that the on/off start was also fried. I had no choice but to pay for all of this knowing the electrical issue has been o going and your dealership taking no responsibility. More

My car was at the dealership for 5 days. I called several times for an update and my phone calls were not returned. I had to borrow a car from someone to go to work and was not aware of when I called several times for an update and my phone calls were not returned. I had to borrow a car from someone to go to work and was not aware of when my car would repairs would be completed. I also felt that the charges for the work on my car were extremely overpriced. More
