They kept my car for five days to basically change the oil. They never fixed any of the other items I requested from them. In addition when my car was finished they never called to inform me. Every time they would answer and then say someone would call me back. No one ever did!!!! By the time I spoke to someone it had been five days and was a holiday weekend so I was unable to return my rental car and needed to pay for an additional three days for the rental for absolutely no reason besides the incompetence of the staff at this dealership. Now I have no idea where I can take my car to try and get it fixed yet again while it is still under warranty. More

Service took 2 weeks to get an appointment and order a part. Dropped my jeep off on a Wednesday, i called them on Thursday and was told the work was finished but they needed to blow air out of the lines. part. My experience with Kevin Leahy went well and he was very attentive in keeping me updates with the services progress of my car. On the downside, I was EXTREMLY disappointed with Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep attentive in keeping me updates with the services progress of my car. My car was brought in for an oil change and inspection and I spent SIX hours waiting for this services, also not given a rental car. I was not informed before hand that these services will take an absurd amount of time. I found many of the service staff to be very rude and starlight up lazy with their work. Extremally disappointed with the services I received there, although Kevin was very apologetic and understanding of my frustration. Can't blame him for his lazy service staff. Shame on them. More

I was very clear about what I needed they told me it would be covered for the price they gave me it was not they wanted more money after that they basically did nothing for me I told them I do n would be covered for the price they gave me it was not they wanted more money after that they basically did nothing for me I told them I do not want the recalls done until my engine is checked they did not listen They didn't look at my truck for a week after I brought it in so I had to pay for a rental for a week on top of the money they charged me there was no reason for that I could have just brought it in when they were ready for it didn't have to sit there for that long And when I told him I do not want to pay more I'm going to be picking it up in the morning when I showed up they were in the middle of doing the recalls that I explicitly said not to do they told me it would be hours before my truck was ready so I had to wait again and waste another half day of work waiting for them to finish And when I said that I would now have to pay for my rental for another day for no reason after I clearly told them not to move forward the day before all I got was "you got to do what you got to do" forget about them paying for i, not even an apology for them screwing up and lying to me for a week straight In summary I had to pay for a rental for a week for my truck to sit there and them to do nothing and they still charged me even though I was very clear that I needed more than a basic Diagnostic and I was told that the price they gave me would cover what I needed More
