Very disappointed! I bought the car certified less than a year ago and the radio has never worked right since the day I bought it. I got the full warranty and they still wanted $1000 to replace the radio. I have three kids that are very busy and haven’t been able to give my car up, so that’s why it took me a while to get back. It’s obvious I did nothing to the radio to cause this. If you certify a vehicle, it should have been replaced free of charge. More

They were very nice to me, but didn't solve my problem. I also didn't get loaner from them, I had to go to a rental company and pay lot of money for taxi's which wasn't very convenient. Service writer, Anthony, told me it would take 1. 5 to 2 hours. I waited; and he was right on target. 1 hour and 45 minutes. Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited in on a Wednesday morning for new tires, wheel alignment, oil change, and to check the transmission. The truck was there until Friday afternoon due to (I was told) a l morning for new tires, wheel alignment, oil change, and to check the transmission. The truck was there until Friday afternoon due to (I was told) a lack of qualified technicians to handle the transmission issue (which ended up being a software update). I picked up my truck on a Friday afternoon and almost immediately noticed that the wheel alignment was done badly as (1) the steering wheel wasn't horizontal anymore, and (2) I had to pull the steering wheel after turning (the truck would not straighten out).I took the truck back and was asked to come back the next day. I then spent ~three hours there Saturday morning as they could not fix the issue, and basically had to redo the entire alignment. To make matters worse, I noticed a significant gauge (not scratch - deep gauge) and scrapes on the front of my hood. I pointed this out Saturday morning and was told the manager would get back to me (never did - needed to go to the dealer on Monday afternoon). The Customer Manager informed me (1) it was my responsibility to check the truck before leaving the lot; and (2) claimed that the security cameras do not show the marks when I came in. I have spoken to Body Shop personnel who said that the gauge and scrapes were most likely due to the tech moving the truck with the hood up and hitting the 4 post. I short, for simple work - (1) I had to leave my truck there for 2.5 days; (2) had to spend an additional (3) hours in addition to the 2.5 days to redo the wheel alignment; and (3) got a deep gauge/scrape on my hood which the dealer claims did not happen there. I now have to spend money to get the gauge repaired (potentially requiring the entire hood to be repainted), and after spending almost $1400 and time spent at the dealer. More
