I pulled up for my appointment and was immediately directed to Allen, the service advisor and was checked in right away. Not sure what happened, but in the last few years, RCDJ has gone down hill significantly. The issue I had couldn't be replicated, so they couldn't do anything about it (I thought they were the 'experts?'). has gone down hill significantly. Conveniently, they found a few other issues, which is fine, but the price to repair these issues were outrageous. When I asked for clarity on how they arrived at the number, my service advisor basically told me "that's what the mechanics said" and there was no further explanation. When I brought it to a local mechanic, he basically laughed at the price I was quoted and agreed to do the work for less than half what jeep was going to charge me. Granted, I know it's always going to be a little more expensive at the dealer, but this was dramatically different. I'll have a real hard time bringing my jeep back to the dealer for any service, which is a shame, because for the first 8 years I owned my vehicle, they were great. Not sure what happened. TL;DR - Service has gone downhill and they overcharge you by at least double. More
