I hD an 1015 appointment when my brother got there he parked the truck went inside and told them he was there and was going to give them the key which he explained the fob was not functioning it would lo parked the truck went inside and told them he was there and was going to give them the key which he explained the fob was not functioning it would lock the truck start it etc the gentleman who was there told him he didn’t need the fob my brother tried to explain to him the problem he then took my fob and slammed it on the counter my brother asked why are you being so nasty another person said he’s not being nasty then told him he had to wait on line which was around the building even though we had an appointment after 40 minutes on line he was told that was the oil change line More

My last service experience at RCDJR was seamless (from my arrival to departure)! Allan my service rep. was informative, courteous and very thorough. My service was completed in a timely and efficient mann arrival to departure)! Allan my service rep. was informative, courteous and very thorough. My service was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Allan pointed out some additional service recommendations which I will surely address on my next visit. It xxxxing sucks. Kept my car for 8 days. and said could not find anything wrong with it. Had your best mechanic on it. 10 minutes after I left the problem showed up Kept my car for 8 days. and said could not find anything wrong with it. Had your best mechanic on it. 10 minutes after I left the problem showed up again as my wife was driving. Brought it back, and they treated my wife as if she was a moron. We knew there was a problem. Took my 260 dollars for diagnostics, but could not find anything wrong. What a rip off. I have to bring it back again. More

my jeep 2019 was towed to the dealership and when they told me my vehicle was ready and picked up they said my battery wasn't holding a charge, they charged my battery and said care was good and said just told me my vehicle was ready and picked up they said my battery wasn't holding a charge, they charged my battery and said care was good and said just keep an eye on the voltage. I asked why not replace the battery and we can better figure out what wrong, They said no it will be fine. How wrong they were and paid a service visit and had to get a rental sine they had no loaners, and still ended up with a dead battery, Still waiting on the general manager to call me back. They were wrong my batter went dead 2 hrs later and if it wasn't for running out, I would of been in the morning dealing with a dead battery again and later for work. I had AAA replace my battery and seems fine so far. But the jeep dealership mechanic needs to go back to school, My service rep from the dealership[ was nice and tried, thats only good thing so far More

I have been getting my vehicle serviced here since I bought my vehicle and let’s just say I am highly disappointed in their service. I went in for a tire change and oil change and the service was unsati bought my vehicle and let’s just say I am highly disappointed in their service. I went in for a tire change and oil change and the service was unsatisfactory. First, they changed my tire with the wrong size and as a person that has to drive over 50 miles back and forth, this is a very dangerous condition. Secondly, they forgot about my oil change in which I had to wait over 3 hours for their discrepancy. Another time, they stripped my lug nuts on my tires because they did not have the proper tools at the time. I trusted in this service and expected the best quality from them because of what they advertise and express to their customers but these experiences have shown me that their customer service could use some improvement.
