The vehicle has been in the dealership 9 times in less than 7 months of purchasing the vehicle, in which two of the times has been for the death wobble. I had purchased the vehicle to travel long distance than 7 months of purchasing the vehicle, in which two of the times has been for the death wobble. I had purchased the vehicle to travel long distances, which I will not be doing in the future. Therefore, it has become a waste for me to be paying a $1000 a month for something I can and WILL no longer drive. I will not take the chance of almost going off the highway again. It happened to me then my son twice. This is being taken WAY TOO lightly as it is the scariest experience that we have ever had while driving. What makes it even scarier is when it happens while unexpected and you lose control of the vehicle while up against other larger vehicles. More

Horrendous service department. Unresponsive. Obismal customer service. They dont answer the phone or respond to your emails. Third time in a month, 2021 jeep cherokee had issues.
