I bought my Certified Pre-Owned Jeep Compass only 9 weeks ago from this very dealership. It needed the auxiliary and main batteries replaced. I believe good customer service would have been to help with the ago from this very dealership. It needed the auxiliary and main batteries replaced. I believe good customer service would have been to help with the nearly 1,000 dollar cost of this repair, so soon after purchase. Instead, upon sharing the recent date of purchase and asking how I could be held completely responsible for such a cost, I was told by the service consultant, "I've seen worse." This experience made buying a used car feel like I am a less valued customer and I will never recommend this dealership moving forward. More

At the time, the service team could not find the reason as to why I brought my jeep in - but upon arriving home, I found that there was an issue with one of the keys. They did find out subsequent issues wh as to why I brought my jeep in - but upon arriving home, I found that there was an issue with one of the keys. They did find out subsequent issues which I'm glad they did find. Allen gave me a detailed explanation on items that were leaking but I unfortunately could not afford the service items at this time. He was very cordial to myself and my daughter and explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle. He made sure to indicate the proper parts needed to maintain my fluid levels. I would definitely work with him in the future. More
