No games when it came to inventory or price which was a real pleasure after the experience we had at the 6 other dealers in NY and NJ that we tried to work with over the course of two weeks of looking for a car. Working with the Heidt team was a pleasure - real guys that understand the stress and anxiety that go with buying a car. I only wish we had gone to them first. We knew the car we wanted to see from the website and he wasted no time taking us to it and answering all our questions. We advised there was an issue with credit but he along with finance mngr Alfredo, were more than happy to find a way to help us. And they did! They got me the loan i hoped for and we walked out with the car that i wanted. Great service with a few jokes in between, made the experience a pleasureable one. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. Its not often you come across good sales ppl with genuine interests at heart. More
