I understand that you try and gain attraction to your store by setting the price as low as possible. It worked, you got us in there. Every dealership and even my financial advisor said it was ridiculous how many banks you sent my credit to. And your initial months payment with down payment was like 6000 to 8000 over what should have been price when we put the 22,000 in with 5000 down at 8.89% for 60 months (we were told a $455 monthly payment) we were young and first time car buyers but we aren't stupid. I can guarantee you that anyone I know will know how we feel about your dealership.

Sorry for the multiple messages- I'm showing a service contract purchased for $2k and Gap for $525-- you intended to cancel both policies on the 2012 Sedona, correct? The only reason I ask is that the amounts in your review don't match the amounts in our system. Cancellations are pro-rated, so I would imagine that you are referencing your expected refund. We are not authorized to sell GAP for that premium- and I want to eliminate any potential miscommunication at this point. Again, we appreciate your feedback and look forward to resolving the matter.

its been 11 days since erica sutherland told me on the phone, my check was being prepaired,it only needed 2 signatures, i think 11 days is enough time. ive been trying to get this refund for over 2 months, ive been lied to by steve dodge,and erica sutherland . my next plan is to contact the better business bureau in the rockwall area,and the small claims court.as you can see by my previous message i recieved no reply from s w kia of rockwall.
