My husband and I went to Southwest Kia in Rockwall, TX in search of a new vehicle to replace our 2005 Ford Escape. He spent quite a bit of time explaining all the bells and whistles of the vehicle, knew everything there was to know about the Sportage and we were very impressed. The staff at the dealership was very friendly right down to the finance manager and we had a very pleasant experience. We did end up buying the Sportage and are very happy with our purchase. They are very eager to sale a vehicle to you, staff is friendly. Be very careful with negotiations however, in particular with Steve Kravetz. After everything is said and done; having mentioned the referral at least three times; I was informed that the referral was worked into the negotiations for the Rio, which it wasn't and should not have been. So the person referring gets nothing despite being told they would when their vehicle was purchased. This is dishonesty at its best. take your business to Central Kia instead. More

I have been buying cars for 40 years. I drove Cadillacs for years but visiting Southwest Kia in Rockwall was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. The sales people went out of their pay to get t for years but visiting Southwest Kia in Rockwall was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. The sales people went out of their pay to get the car we wanted from another store, had all my paper work ready with the credit approvals done. They offered a fair price forour trade-in and sold us a great late model low milage car for our college daughter. The credit manager, Bill did a great job and we were in and out of his office in 20 minutes. That's how it should be done, not nichol-diming customers to stupid extras. Being a very critical person and having "fought" the car wars before I was shocked. If I can I will always return to Southwest Kia for all my car or truck needs, new or used. I highly recommend this dealership especially the Rockwall location. I am sure the entire company shares the same attitude for customer service. Well done. I had been new car shopping for about a month, trying to find the right car for me. I walked in and met salesman David Thompson. He took the time to listen to my wants and needs, and treated me with a great deal of respect. I told him I was not going to be buying tonight, that I was just trying to find a car to consider. Nevertheless, he was very helpful with all my questions and made sure I was able to drive and inspect several vehicles. When I left the dealership without buying, he did not try to pressure me or force a car on me...and I really appreciated that! After thinking about it over the weekend, I went back last Monday night, with my wife this time, to look and drive again and hopefully make a purchase. Again, David was very patient, respectful and helpful. Once I decided on the car I wanted, we had some quick negotiations and got the deal done. The sales manager's name is Paul. He was easy to work with. Gary Guyette is the finance guy there, and he was easy to deal with too. I drove away with my Kia Forte Koup...and even though its only been a week, I must say that I love the car. As a part of the deal, the dealership was going to tint my windows, so I came back the next morning. The service department manager, Chris, took great care of me and they did an outstanding job. While waiting for the tint to get done, David Thompson met with me again and made sure I knew all about all the features of the car and how to operate everything. Based upon my experience with the dealership, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. More
