The truck had everything I needed and more. He was able work the price to help me out the best he could. He set me up with a deal that nobody around could top. I bought the truck and the process from that point was painless and very easy with all the help I received. I recommend all of my friends and family to them because of how easy everything was. This was the first dealership that felt like they were working for you instead of against you. I went to other dealerships before this and everybody just pushed you aside to somebody else, not Rod Baker. I have been here several time now to have custom parts put on my Mustang, and each time I have been extremely pleased with the experience and end result. I have to drive 40 miles to come here, but I would drive twice that if I had to. When I commpare these guys with Golf Mill Ford, O'Hare Hyundai, and Ed Napleton's Jeep, the last 3 dealerships who tried to bend me over, the lesson is clear. You get loyalty and repeat business by quality work, attention to detail, realistic pricing, and concern for your customers needs; as opposed to treating you like a turnip and trying to squeeze every last drop of blood out of you.
