I bought my car from this dealer. I did my homework so I had all the discounts and the interest rate approved by them via email. I thought the whole thing was going to be easy, how wrong I was. It took them 7 hours to prepare the paper work, so I was there from 9am to 4pm and at the time of signing they gave me an interest rate 10 times the agreed (even if it was Chevy's offer of the month), and they removed one of the agreed discounts (also a Chevy offer). Thanks god, I read what they put in form of me. Then, they said that those offers/rate were not real and they did not agree to those, so I had to show them their own webpage and emails. But that is not all, a couple of months after buying my Chevy somebody broke my mirror, my insurance took care of it and I took the car there to be repaired, And what a mess. They did not honor the estimate they initially gave me (they increased multiple times introducing things they did not need to be fixed). They made me go to multiple times unnecessarily, a couple because they needed to check what work needed to be done, and a third time to pick up my car when it was not ready. It was an absolute nightmare and I totally DO NOT recommend using this place, I know I won't be back. Stay away. More
I have never received worst treatment at a dealership. I brought my car (an older model) to this dealership to have a diagnostic test ran to see what was wrong the car. It had issues which I informed them of when I dropped it off. I brought it to the dealership thinking they would have better diagnostic equipment. All they did was pull codes which I could have gotten done at AutoZone for free, replaced a part that may not have needed replaced and after 2 weeks told me they could not fix the car. In fact, when I picked it up today, I was told I should have scraped the car. I bought my first brand new car from Rod Hatfield Bluegrass Chrysler and several thereafter. But I will never deal with this dealership again. I only gave it one star because it would not accept the review without one. More
