On a tire rotation of a Heavy-duty truck (3500) the tech should know that there is a significant difference in air pressures from front to back and that you must adjust them accordingly. I had to stop at a truck stop and spend 30 minutes correcting the air pressure issues along with spending $8 because air is no longer free. Simple attention to detail is important when doing service work. luckily my truck has a system that tells you this and I didn't continue to drive it till I checked on my next run and possibly created tire wear issues since I had no load (that requires me to check every time I load). leaving a shop, you shouldn't have a vehicle that isn't at the standard and should not require you to have to finish the job the tech was supposed to do. Now this is a small item but it shows a lack of attention to detail that a tech should perform. This was just inconvenient and not a major issue, but if you can't get the small stuff correct how can I trust you to do the big stuff. More
