With tire punctures, there are situations where a patch is not safe, such as when the damage is near the sidewall or when the integrity of the tire could be compromised. In those cases, replacement is the only option we can responsibly recommend, even if another shop chooses to patch it. We’re glad you were able to get it addressed elsewhere, but please know our recommendations come from safety guidelines, not from trying to add unnecessary costs.

Some check‑engine concerns can take minutes, while others can take up to several hours—or even longer—to pinpoint accurately. Our diagnostic rate helps cover the cost of the technology, the ongoing training of GM‑certified technicians, and the time required to thoroughly and correctly diagnose a problem.
