I had brought my new car in to get detailed, because when I actually took it home after purchasing, the person who details was unavailable. The gentleman simply washed it, I asked them again to detail it and I actually took it home after purchasing, the person who details was unavailable. The gentleman simply washed it, I asked them again to detail it and he vacuumed it, sprayed interior cleaner and was done. It was not wiped down, there were dirty fingerprints, interior spay all over EVERY single window. Ilif this is the type of service I can expect after purchasing a brand new car, I will take my business elsewhere for service and any future purchases. It was a waste of time. In fact when I got home I had to detail it myself and clean the spray off every window. There was plastic that wasn't removed... I was so disappointed in the service. More
My experience started off great, but it turned sour throughout the process. Alex Lino, my salesman, was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about Kia cars. Unfortunately, once I selected the car that I wanted to purchase, Alex had to leave me and go out to the shop to detail my new car for purchase, because "our detail guy is out working on a job offsite." Him leaving me to do another person's job caused him to miscommunicate - or, rather, not communicate at all - my finance desires (I wanted to finance part of the purchase, pay part of it with a credit card and wire transfer the remaining in cash). Which leads me to the finance guy, Manny, who was a fast talker and a bit too slick. Because Alex was busy detailing my car, which he should never have had to do in the first place, Manny made assumptions and initiated a wire transfer in the wrong amount. When I caught his mistake, he was unapologetic and blamed everyone but himself, which was, frankly, unnecessary - I don't care who's to blame, just correct it. Then he proceeded to refund my account and initiate another wire transfer in the correct amount. All this playing around with my bank account and finances is unacceptable, and whilst I purchased the car almost two weeks ago, I check my bank account every single day now to ensure that they haven't accessed it without my knowledge. Last, I selected the car that I wanted to purchase within 15 minutes of walking onto the lot, but the sale took almost 7 hours - ridiculous. When any person pays upwards of $37,000 for any one item, they should be treated with respect, and they shouldn't walk away feeling as though their bank account is going to be hacked. More
