Do not use Ken Graff Kia in Avondale. Had agreed on a lease for a Telluride for 12k miles. I have three witnesses that heard me tell that to the salesman. Come to find out it was for only Had agreed on a lease for a Telluride for 12k miles. I have three witnesses that heard me tell that to the salesman. Come to find out it was for only 10k. They made me sign docs electronically on a giant table size computer. No one in finance department confirmed the milage. I believe the electronic signing of documents on a huge table is meant as a way to distract. I fell for it. I should of insisted on confirming the miles, but have had many leases and never has this happened. Live and learn on my part. Shame on them for taking advantage on the situation. Whatever I have discussed with the sales rep for milage on a lease, that is what was in the contract. I thought they were reputable dealership. They are not. It was a bait and switch from sales to finance. I feel completely dupped. I will never even think of giving them my business and anyone who asks it I will let them know do not use them. I will be going to Nissan or Honda. Do not given them your business. More

We located the 2024 used vehicle online and Christian confirmed it was available because we had over an hour drive to get to the dealership. We arrived late in the evening and Christian pulled the vehic confirmed it was available because we had over an hour drive to get to the dealership. We arrived late in the evening and Christian pulled the vehicle inside the showroom to help view the vehicle, very much appreciated. (Nice music playing in showroom as well.) There wasn’t a bunch of going back and forth with the pricing so the total experience was smooth and easy. most dealers push to close the deal that night but we agreed that we would came back the next morning to complete the transaction. Completed the sale and overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend. More

Very unorganized, does not say what they mean. . very pushy. I have been promised a call back for 3 days now and nothing. Sent me home with a brand new car that needed work.
