I've had a great experience with Roger Beasley Mazda Central over the last two years. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming and they have a great shuttle system available if you need it. I really like how they send you a video of the technician assessing your car, so you can be more involved in the process and see what's going on with your vehicle. I always request to work with Richard Grimm as he is very kind, friendly and takes the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your car. I trust Richard to provide recommendations for what services are really needed, and I never feel like he is trying to oversell me on anything. I would highly recommend working with Richard Grimm at this location! More

Management should ensure customers are informed of all fees BEFORE service begins. It felt unprofessional to find out only at the point of payment." More
