Took my 2019 cx5 in for 40000 service and a known issue with infotainment screen, offered me a loaner car (I have 7yr warranty on my used car), when I arrived the service dept had everything ready for me. with infotainment screen, offered me a loaner car (I have 7yr warranty on my used car), when I arrived the service dept had everything ready for me. They replaced the screen and it was ready same day. They sent me a video of what they checked, and received 2 call updates of work done. Highly recommend purchasing and dealer services of this location. More

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful! Shawn let me know they could schedule me in next day & I took it. Brandon and Alison in the Patrrts department were very helpful coordinating the par Shawn let me know they could schedule me in next day & I took it. Brandon and Alison in the Patrrts department were very helpful coordinating the parts needed for the appointment. Matthew greeted me on the drive & reviewed the work to be performed. Marvin gave a thorough MPI video even showed me where he placed the mew keys. I dropped off at 7:30am & picked it up by noon, same day. Matthew reviewed the repairs with me and even showed me to the Parts department where Alison looked up parts I was interested in purchasing. Great teamwork! More
