They want you in a vehicle that you want and do do everything to make it happen. Also worked with me on the $$ for my trade-in. No regrets going here. More

I worked with Ted and looked at my situation fully explaining all my options. I was then able to pick from 8 cars that fit right into my budget and were in showroom condition. The financing was a breeze and the car was ready the next day! I highly recommend RW to anyone looking for great service a solid vehicle that fits their budget. More

I had visited several different used car dealerships and numerous private parties in search of this vehicle. I must say it was refreshing not dealing with your typical used car sales guy. I ended up having a minor problem 30 days later with my tailgate .. i called them and set an appointment and fix at no charge. they also gave me a lifetime inspections for LIFE!! 5 free oil changes and also The Clean Car Guarantee...clean my vehicle in and out on the last Saturday of the month. Also just got a follow up call again from Bob asking me if everything was going fine with my vehicle....again great experience form beginning to present. 2005 Ford Expedition Limited I had been looking to buy a vehicle for my wife and kids because we need to be a two car family with my small little army. I had been looking at Roger Williams Auto sales along with two other dealerships in the area. I found each dealership had comparable vehicles, but the things that set RW apart and helped me get the deal done was their customer service from Ted and Bob. They worked with me to get me the best deal that they could, which is hard to find at a car dealership. I had second thoughts, because buying a car is stressful and I wanted to make sure it was right for my family. I signed the papers because even though the other dealerships in the area had comparable vehicles, Ted and Bob didn't pressure me to sign anything, there were no hidden fees, even after being closed for an hour, they still wanted to answer all my questions and wanted me to feel secure in knowing I made the right decision. At 7pm (an hour after closing) Bob was going over all the warranty information with me so I would have the security of knowing that my family wouldn't be stuck on the side of the road while I was at work. I could go on forever about everything they helped out with, but the bottom line was, they took 2k off the price to make the payments fit into my budget, GAP insurance, a 2 year warranty, free oil changes, no dealerships in the area have a better deal, they couldn't even come close. I was amazed at the service I recieved here, it really changed my whole outlook on buying a car, and now I'm a little upset that I didn't buy my last two vehicles there.
