My truck is only 11 months old, the only place it has been for service is here. 1st time for an oil change, the second for warranty service on driver side front actuater. 3rd time for oil change and tire been for service is here. 1st time for an oil change, the second for warranty service on driver side front actuater. 3rd time for oil change and tire rotation. 9 days later the driver side front wheel came off while I was driving and wrecked the my 11month old truck. they took no responsibility in it, I was offered little concern. And very little involvement to even get it moved to collision center. I have no reason to ever go here again or trust them, and nor will anyone I know.. More

Took my 2023 Ram to Roger Williams Service Dept. with a cylinder misfiring. Diagnosed as needing two fuel injectors. Quickly sourced from another dealership since the part was on backorder.
