Oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic forgot to put wheel lock key back in the car so had to go back another day. 3 or 4 keys in service advisor's desk so this probably happens t Mechanic forgot to put wheel lock key back in the car so had to go back another day. 3 or 4 keys in service advisor's desk so this probably happens too often. Also, $10 data protection fee I didn't notice until later and I would have disputed that charge. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to get my car after paying. More
