Walked into cashier, she was a bit snarky, I asked who I should see as I set an appt online and she replied with anyway while leaned back in her chair. Have been here before and didn’t expect much but after servicing my vehicle at Toyota for the last two years but taking my wife’s Jeep here, service is nominal at best! Would I recommend, eh maybe if for just work to be done but wouldn’t say it’s a highly recommend or even to expect much from this dealership. More

Leland was very honest and helpful when I brought my car in at the recommendation of another car repair center. The center had recommended an alignment but the staff at Roger Williams drove my car and deter in at the recommendation of another car repair center. Leland provided me with quotes for multiple brands of tires to allow me to make the best decision for me. He did not pressure me to buy from him. I appreciate his help! More
