Normally, I would have better reviews for my experience but I do feel that the communication & overall reception during my service was less inviting and warm, than previous visits. After dropping off my car, (to a very friendly service personnel) I waited for several mins. to be greeted. My service also seemed to take much longer than usual. I'm a Roger Williams fan, thru & thru but the friendliness & overall tone seems to be slipping. More

I was in town working when my Jeep had an issue. I called by chance, and Juan Garces told me it would be a couple of weeks before I could make an appointment. He said we would work you in if you could get here first thing tomorrow. I showed up at 7, he met me, I told him what was happening, he got me a ride to Enterprise, and he said he would call me. I had to leave on Thursday, but he called Friday to say that it was ready. I returned the following Tuesday when, once again, he arranged for my transportation to drop off the rental and bring me back to get my Jeep. Best dealership experience of my life! More
