Communication could not have been worse. I was chasing answers and an eta the entire time. Workmanship seems to be great but getting ahold of the service advisor or getting a call back after I was chasing answers and an eta the entire time. I had to show up a few times because they would not call back. It was a fleet truck and I can make arrangements as needed with my technicians but not when I am left in the dark. I will not be using Roger Williams for future service and I own several Mopar products (personal and fleet). More

Does not return calls. No sense of urgency. Vehicle falls in black hole from the day you drop it off, to the day they finally notify you that it is ready for pickup. Onc No sense of urgency. Once vehicle was returned, Body work was satisfactory, but overspray from paint is all over bed of truck. Truck had black shiny rhino liner that is now cloudy and dirty looking. I take very good care of my truck so this is extremely frustrating. More
