I came in for a routine PM and ended up sitting there for 4 hours. I also questioned the CarPlay on my car and the service writer could not answer my questions. He stated he needed to find his boss because 4 hours. I also questioned the CarPlay on my car and the service writer could not answer my questions. He stated he needed to find his boss because he didn't know. I was told there were a couple of recalls on my car and they would be fixed while there. When I finally went to check out, I asked about the CarPlay and the recalls. The cashier told me it was on my paper and pointed to the receipt. My car was brought around, and the guy got out of the car and walked off. He didn't remove the plastic from the seat nor the paper floor mat. I was shocked at the lack of customer service. What happened to providing a great customer experience? More

Picked up my Jeep at 1:45 and was calling a tow truck to haul it to the next shop by 2:30 the same day. They said it was “all good” when I picked it up. It most definitely was not.
