Did yall just wake up and decide you wanted to ruin someone's day? Why did you pick me to treat so poorly? I have been waiting over an hour and they have not even touched my vehicle. No one could even be bothered to tell me it was going to take longer. I already wasted time on my drive here and now I'm wasting my time giving them any business. All you had to do was have enough respect to TALK to me. I drove here from Moscow because of crappy experiences with the closer dealership. Guess I should've gone to jiffy lube. More

Things went from great (5 stars) to not-so-great (2 generously given stars). Here's the story: I bought a 2019 Honda Passport with very low miles in November. The driver's side headlight assembly had s generously given stars). Here's the story: I bought a 2019 Honda Passport with very low miles in November. The driver's side headlight assembly had some condensation in it so Rogers replaced it. 6 months or so later, and the low beam is out. It's an all LED assembly that can only be replaced for over $1500. It is an assembly they ordered and put in themselves. Now they will not back up their work or even offer any help in getting this repaired at a lower cost to the customer. If I was a business owner, I would be ashamed to sell a car like that, that my dealership worked on, and then not back up my work as little as 6 months later. Now I'm on the hook for $1500 (at least) to get a car that is legal to drive. To say I'm not happy with Rogers is an understatement. I have bought 2 cars from them, and those are the only 2 I will ever buy from them. Buyer beware!!!! More

Terrible service, worst Dodge Ram service I’ve ever had in the valley. When I went to get in the truck, there was no matt , smelled like diesel, engine light was on. They loosen something up, started to he in the valley. When I went to get in the truck, there was no matt , smelled like diesel, engine light was on. They loosen something up, started to hear a rattle. Not to mention I dropped the truck off at 7:20am and didn’t get it until 6:30pm. Then of course got over charged for all of this. More

Called multiple times trying to resolve the issue, have text messages from Fabian saying they sent it to our address and we never received it. Called the GENERAL MANAGER Jack, said they never promised anything, that it wasn’t cracked leaving the car dealership, and they will not send one and he hung up on me. I own my own business and if I treated my customers this way I would expect a unhappy customer and negative reviews! I do NOT recommend buying from Rodgers Dodge VERY unprofessional! More
