When my husband and I stopped by the budget lot on Saturday the 4/7/12, we were just looking for a vehicle for my father to pull his new camper trailer. But my husband saw this '00 dodge ram 2500 that he was really interested in. We told Matt what we were looking for and from the get go there was no sales pressure. We were given options, and we chose the best option for us. And we originally went into the Buy Here Pay Here office and met Lyn Corey. And she asked if it would be ok to check our credit. Knowing that we thought we didn't have very good credit we took a chance. And then not even an hour after submitting our application to the bank, Matt called to ask when we wanted to pick up our new pickup? We traded in our older dodge ram and Matt and the whole team held our hand the entire way. It was late on Saturday and they stayed open long enough to get the deal done. Then we got a little bit sad to find out we had to have insurance to drive off the lot. And thats when Lyn jumped on her computer and found us a reasonable insurance policy, and while I was signing the papers, my husband ran to KMART to get a prepaid debit card. And then Kiel Burcham got our payment amoutn lower than what we were quoted for the trade in paper. I was soooo impressed with the whole sales team I will never go back to another car dealership. Kendall is and will always be my number one pick the next time I need to buy a new vehicle. And also a couple days after buying the vehicle Matt called to ask how we were liking the pickup. I have never heard of a dealership calling and checking in to see how things were going. Way to go Kendall!!! I will tell everyone I know about your dealership. We had damage to our car and Kendall Dodge was great thoughout the whole process. They provided us with a very nice loaner car while waiting for the adjusters to authorize repairs. I first contacted the dealership through the internet. I found what I was looking for and Lacey set up an appointment with a salesman. We arrived at the dealership to find the salesman out to lunch. He didn't know anything about the car we were looking for, not even simple information like the year. We loved the van, it was what we wanted, but we were so frustrated by the service, we decided to keep looking. I contacted Lacey to let her know how disappointed we were, and she switched our sales to an online negotiation. She answered all of my questions, gave us a fair trade on our Subaru, and got back to me in a timely manner. I will use the online negotiations when we purchase our new Pick Up Truck next year! More

I went with my sister to the Subaru dealership. She had her car in for service, and was also hoping to buy a good, used Subaru. She was put in contact with Bill Myers, who then showed us an excellent used her car in for service, and was also hoping to buy a good, used Subaru. She was put in contact with Bill Myers, who then showed us an excellent used 2007 Forester. She purchased the car the same day. Our experience with Bill Myers was exceptional, and I just want others to know what a positive experience we had during the entire process. Bill was informative, patient, and polite. He never pushed in any way... simply gave us the information we needed, answered all our questions fully, and was a delightful person to deal with. When it comes time for me to trade in my Subaru, I will definitely contact Bill Myers at Kendall. More

Shandee was very friendly and knowledgable. She answered all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer she was honest and said so, then went and found the answer for us in a timely manner. We liked the fact that she wasn't pushy and didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't want. We felt that we were getting honesty not a bunch of bull or scripting. We had to leave and come back the next day to do the paperwork, due to our other commitments, not anything that was the dealerships fault. This was the quickest we have ever been at a dealership. We did find that the car was over priced by about $1000 according to Kelly Blue Book, but we bought the car anyhow even with this knowledge. The main reason being Shandee and the fact that we really liked her. We did have a little more of a wait to do the paperwork than we liked, but we were late getting there and Kiel was with someone else. Not his fault, ours. More
