We visited another area Cadillac dealer before going to Rohrich. We were looking for the new (2013) XTS. The other dealer was OK, but just didn't seem to have any interest in selling us a car. They told Rohrich. We were looking for the new (2013) XTS. The other dealer was OK, but just didn't seem to have any interest in selling us a car. They told us that we could order one, but that it would require a $2,000 non-refundable deposit, and that they couldn't say when we might get a car. Bernie (and Mark, his manager) at Rohrich were a completely different story. They offered to order us the car with the options we wanted, with no obligation to purchase and no deposit required. The told us it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery and 6 weeks was what it took! They quoted us a price at the time of the order, and that was the price we paid - no last minute additions. Overall, Bernie and the folks at Rohrich couldn't have been nicer. They mad it clear that they wanted our business without being overly "pushy" - a really nice change from others we've dealt with in the past. More
