Kelly did a fantastic job for us and we are extremely pleased. We live in Meadville and were also working with a Cadillac dealer in Erie, PA. Kelly got a great deal on a lease and got us the best car. She sized us up instantly and knew what we would want in the car. She even got the exact color I wanted. All this in one day, we could not have been happier. When we came to pick up the car, she showed us everything and made us very comfortable in our new car. She spent as much time with us as was needed and has the most friendly demeanor. Maybe Pittsburgh is farther away than Erie, but we will definitely be repeat customers with Kelly. I have never had such a pleasant experience and I have been buying and leasing cars for thirty years. It is so reassuring to know we can call her and she will return our call promptly with an answer.
