He took the time to explain and demonstrate all of the functions on my new Cadillac upon purchase and has always been available by p with at Rohrich. Lou was a very friendly sales person who I had fun working with. I didn't understand all the different switches, buttons, etc. on the Cadillac, so I call Lou for help. Lou said, "just stop down and working with. I didn't understand all the different switches, buttons, etc. on the Cadillac, so I call Lou for help. Lou said, "just stop down and we can go over what ever you need to know". I did just that and thank him, and he stated, "that what I'm here for".
