Tony was great to work with, he explained everything and answered all of our questions. The only complaint I'd have was he forgot to contact my insurance company as he not only told me, but the lady in th answered all of our questions. We found out a month later that he didn't when we contacted our insurance company to check on it, because we didn't receive any info from them on it. We thought we didn't receive or hear anything from them because of the holidays, but it turns out that Tony didn't contact them. Other than that Tony was great to work with,and I'd recommend him and Rohrich to anyone. We love the car, and enjoy driving it. Thank you. More

I have been dealing with Rohrich Cadillac and Kelly Krall for 3 years now and am on my second lease with them. By far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! I just happened to spot a used vehicle on a the lot and decided to give Lou a call to discuss it. He supplied me with the information I requested and I just happened to spot a used vehicle on a the lot and decided to give Lou a call to discuss it. He supplied me with the information I requested and answered all questions I had. More over, he encouraged me to stop in and talk with him. I happened to stop in without an appointment and they were closing up shop. Lou stayed past his quitting time on a Friday night and allowed me to see the vehicle. He told me that money had been placed on the vehicle and he would call me Monday. First thing Monday morning Lou called me and said the vehicle was available. I faxed him over my financial info and the very next day he said come pick up your car. The process was the easiest I've ever had. Not only did Lou get me a great rate on the loan, but he also got top dollar on my trade. I will be buying my cars from Lou for now on!!! More
