The woman responsible for taking care of my car named Juances was terrible! She was unprofessional and personality wise. She was cold as ice. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Marcus made the entire process feel comfortable and easy. He guided me through every step of the sale without ever making me feel pressured. He took the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and make sure I understood what I was doing. I especially appreciated his patience and willingness to work with me throughout the entire process. And honestly, his sense of humor made such a difference! Marcus was professional while also being warm, personable, and fun to work with. I felt like I was dealing with a real person who cared about making sure I had a great experience—not someone who was simply trying to make a sale. The oil change was fine. Wait time was absolutely unacceptable. Very frustrating! Waited 3.5 hours for the oil change. I had a 10 am appointment and waited till 12:30 pm. Wait time was absolutely unacceptable. Very frustrating! Waited 3.5 hours for the oil change. I had a 10 am appointment and waited till 12:30 pm. At that time I found out the care was not taken in yet and if I didn't scream at the tech receptionist at that time, I think I would still have been at the dealership until 2 pm. In my opinion it is NOT acceptable to wait that long for an oil change!! My suggestion is to hire more techs so people do not have to wait that long, or schedule less appointments so the work can get done in a timely fashion. I arrived at the dealership at 9:50 am for my 10 am appointment and the receptionist told me that there were two ahead of me. I knew from that I was in trouble, but I still did not expect to wait as long as I did. During this process I ended up missing a medical appointment which took me months to schedule. Luckily there was a cancellation at 4 pm and they put me in at that time. More
