The service from the desk was very good Bam was polite quick and friendly .The only reason for four stars instead of 5 was they did not was my car as it was lunch and I would have to wait another 45 minut quick and friendly .The only reason for four stars instead of 5 was they did not was my car as it was lunch and I would have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. I brought it to Bams attention and he quickly said the next time I’m in the area he would get it washed . More

I had a bad experience. The brakes on my dad's Ridgeline got mushy. He took the truck to his local mechanic who replaced the master cylinder. So I brough the truck to Pittsburgh to Rohrich hoping that a Honda dealership would know how to fix the problem. I was told that the previous mechanic had improperly installed the master cylinder and that it was better to replace it with a brand new one. Also that the rotors and pads should be replaced. I agreed and paid $2,000 for the work. The problem returned in a couple of weeks. I took it back to Rohrich. The same mechanic was given the job. He reported that the prior work had been done properly, but that the calipers were bad. That didn't pass the smell test, but i needed to get the truck back to my dad so I agreed to the additional work. Another $1,000. Now the brakes seem to be fixed. But I'm quite confident that the problem was misdiagnosed the first time. Also, I was not pleased with the customer service rep. I was promised the truck by end of day on July 2, the Thursday before the 4th of July holiday. At 4:00 I still hadn't heard so I decided to call Rohrich. When I opened my phone, I saw a voicemail from Rohrich that was left at 3:50 pm. The VM said that i had until 4:30 to pick up my car. Otherwise it would be unavailable until after the holiday. I frantically call Rohrich and called an Uber. I was able to get the truck--because of my pleading they left it with the new car sales team. But I don't think that leaving a VM at 3:50 without any follow-up was appropriate in this situation. More
I had an entirely pleasant experience with Rohrich Honda leasing a vehicle for the first time. After looking around all day, they were the first ones to have what I wanted on the lot. I also appreciate that leasing a vehicle for the first time. After looking around all day, they were the first ones to have what I wanted on the lot. I also appreciate that they’re the only one (I believe) within the city limits so service will be much easier for me. More
