I had exceptional services from Shadyside Honda in Pittsburgh. I went to purchase a certified pre-owned 2008 Honda Accord Coupe and the price was very reasonable. Iveta Remetova was the first person w Pittsburgh. I went to purchase a certified pre-owned 2008 Honda Accord Coupe and the price was very reasonable. Iveta Remetova was the first person who contacted me from online inquiry very promptly. She was very knowledgeable about the subject and dedicated to her customers. So far, there has not been any major problems with the vehicle and I really loved it. They also promised to remove a dent on the vehicle as part of the deal and the removal of the dent as well as the paint job was done professionally and efficiently. I also met with their pre-owned manager Rick Thomas who was very attentive and courteous. Also, their financial manager (EdieCardamone) was a sweet lady and she has extensive knowledge and experience on auto loans, credit reports and waranties. I even changed my mind that I wanted to cancel one of the waranties that I have purchased and did not have any problems doing that. Further, I love their shuttle service which not a lot of dealers will offer. Basically, you can leave your car in the service department and take a shuttle downtown. It has been very convenient for me. Overall, the dealership is the best i have ever dealt with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is a reasonable customer looking for a new or pre-owned Honda vehicle. More

I had brought my 2005 Accord to Shadyside Honda in March 2007 to repair an ongoing clutch problem. They actually had the nerve to refuse to repair the problem and denied that this problem ever occurred. I 2007 to repair an ongoing clutch problem. I had an invoice that acknowledged that they identified the identical problem 6 months previously, but that was irrelevant to them. There was an earlier occasion where I brought the Accord in for an oil change, and I asked them to tighten the handbrake. The existing state of the handbrake was not enough to keep the car in place on some of the steep Pittsburgh streets. Their reply was “Just have it adjusted when you have the brake pads replaced”. This was when the car only had 10,000 miles. From my experiences it is apparent that when it comes to warranty work, Shadyside Honda will do it inadequately if they do it at all. So if you want warranty work completed, don’t bother bringing it in. You can get just as much accomplished by leaving your car in your driveway and you’ll save a substantial amount of time. If you go, be prepared to hear a bunch of nonsense about service history. More
