They can't fix it and they don't care. I have been a Lexus owner since 1999, a total of 7 ES vehicles. I will not buy another one. Read less May 17, 2024Previous review I have been a Lexus ES owner since 1999 - 6 cars. No complaints until now. Here is the summary of my car's problem: at 6000 service I notified service department of a vibration. Service balanced tire at 8000 miles the tires were rebalanced due to vibration at 14,202 miles Lexus suggested 4 new tires and alignment - I declined. This is a new car that had multiple complaints and I did not feel it was my responsibility to pay. Lexus should have done alignment the first time I brought it in - before tires needed replaced at 15,206 miles 4 tires replaced and alignment done. I had to pay $862.36 at 17,000 miles - vibration still exists and Lexus cannot fix it More
I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent o (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent on repairs only, for a car under warranty with around 1500 miles. Not only that, they refused to do anything about my problem. I then turned to Rohrich Lexus and had a wonderful experience with them. It took some time for them to solve the problem but they kept me abreast with what was going on. Although, the Service Department was not helpful, Shawn, the sales person, and the general manger, Jason Xenack were excellent. They contacted the Service Department (especially Jason) and returned our calls, always letting us know that the problem would be solved one way or the other. They even compensated us for the long time it took in repairing our problem which according to Toyota was not repairable. Thank you Shawn and Jason. People like you, makes it worthwhile dealing with your company. Please disregard the optional information below. I dropped my car off for the free oil change you receive when you purchase a car at Lexus. I specifically wrote on the drop off envelope the instructions for the vehicle. It said please when finished place key under floor mat and lock keys inside as I will not be able to make it back until after closing. I received a call at 11 telling me my car wouldn't pass state inspection because of my windshield. I told the man my car wasn't in there for inspection it was in there for the free oil change. He then proceeded to ask me when i was going to pick my car up because they close at 5. I asked him if he read the drop off envelope? He said yes. I explained if he read it he would know when I was picking up as I wrote detailed instructions on it and explained i wasn't coming until after 5. He again asked me when I will get my keys. This man I believe his name was Guy…. Thats what the paperwork says, Obviously has no care for customers as It wasn't even important enough for him to read what the customer wanted on the drop off envelope. So because he was mad at me he chose to “teach” me a lesson and have my car keys placed on my windshield for anyone on west liberty to not only steal my car but have all of my info so they could go to my house and get in my house as well! I work in a shop and thats an automatic termination! You don't put someones car keys outside of there vehicle! He was mad because i called him out on lying about reading the envelope twice and probably didn't want to do any free services because he's not getting any commission on them! Im fuming and will be up to see the manager this week! Does Lexus leave the keys to their building outside for anyone to just walk in and take what they want? I don't think so. Why leave a customers keys outside of their vehicle? Just carelessness, no respect for their customer and just plain ignorant and unprofessional! More
The service department is terrible! They won't answer the phone and when they do they immediately put you on hold. It's super stressful to even schedule an appointment. When, by chance, you do get an a the phone and when they do they immediately put you on hold. It's super stressful to even schedule an appointment. Took my car in for an early morning state inspection I like to get in early and on my way ASAP. My appointment was for 7:30. It was cold and I got there before the office opened. One of the service representatives invited me inside and Guy Marasco quickly and efficiently check me in. He directed me to the lounge where I got a hot drink and sat down and read my morning paper. My wait was a comfortable stay with quiet place to read. I was in and out in an hour and a half. More

The work was thorough precise and detailed. I have never experienced a service dept so professional and timely! Once you deal here you won't consider any other service department. It brightened my day and I enjoyed the waiting area. The best Lexus dealer in western pa! Don't take my word go and experience for your self you won't be disappointed. They are truly the "pursuit of perfection" just like my car!!!!! Thank you Rorich!!! More
recertified used car well this is a worst dealer in my life to deal on year of 2010 I came to buy a recertified lexus rx350 at this dealer as saleman guarantied that the well this is a worst dealer in my life to deal on year of 2010 I came to buy a recertified lexus rx350 at this dealer as saleman guarantied that the car had no accident involved before but one year later my car turn out as a nightmare first the car paint was losing smooth finish then it paint color was fade day by day then it was began chipped off on both mirror and front bumper I took it back to dealer 7 times but this dealer denied all the thing to my car and no answer for me why was a certified used car happened this way and told me that if I want to re paint I have to pay out of my pocket for and they insisted that car had not been re paint or was in accident before I took my car to a auto body shop and as they told me that my car had been repaired on all over body and there might be as a wreckage before I bought later I did not why rohrich lexus was agreed to re paint my car for no cost and even gave a free car rental... I will never buy any car from this dealer again and recommend people if want to buy should ask for a car report to use as a proof in case you need it later as my incident More
