Miserable car buying experience - nearly walked away when I bought the car. Treated me like an animal. Now had my first service at the dealership. They said my car would be out in a minute. 30 minutes la I bought the car. Treated me like an animal. Now had my first service at the dealership. They said my car would be out in a minute. 30 minutes later, they were annoyed that I dare ask where my car was. Then after being clipped for $1300 unexpectedly, open my car door to find a dirty/banged up front seat and a fresh new scratch on the door itself. I am lucky I guess since I have the opportunity to now bring my car back later for them to fix it again. No apology, no nothing. In fact, I had to call back later to get a plan for it as they would not provide one when I showed them the problem at pickup, and did not follow up. You would have to be absolutely crazy to bring your car here for service. More
Damon was great to work with, we traveled from Eastern PA, so he was very forward with any issues the used ‘21 4Runner may have had, and was available by text with any questions we had even on his day off PA, so he was very forward with any issues the used ‘21 4Runner may have had, and was available by text with any questions we had even on his day off. Dealership could have done a better job detailing the vehicle as there was still a lot of white pet hair in the seats and the dash was dirty. The oil was also over full which we noticed when we got home and were able to take care of it. Just noticed this week that the windshield wipers were absolute garbage and needed to be replaced. I feel like that should’ve been something obvious that quality control/detailing should’ve noticed. Otherwise the sale went well and Damon was great, and all salesmen should be allowed to grow mullets. More

BUYER BEWARE! SCAM!!! We bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra in May, with the inspection being conducted in April of this year. In July the cars engine blew, despite no SCAM!!! We bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra in May, with the inspection being conducted in April of this year. In July the cars engine blew, despite not being due for any maintenance and the engine light never came on. We drove less than 2k miles on the car and the next time it was due for maintenance was three months away. We contacted them to explain that they sold us a faulty car and they refuse to help us and were very dismissive. Roerich Toyota sold us a BROKEN car. More
