Purchased 2022 Venza received a warning from Toyota, malfunction in Solar System or hill start assist control system ,VSC, TRAC has been detected. Also, all 4 tires were over inflated 39-41 psi. Malfunc malfunction in Solar System or hill start assist control system ,VSC, TRAC has been detected. Also, all 4 tires were over inflated 39-41 psi. Malfunctions were never corrected weeks later or tire psi changed to recommend 33 psi More

This vehicle is our 7th Toyota (3 Lexus, 4 Toyota) but the first from Rohrich. I've had experience with their service department in the past, all GOOD, However was never able to get a deal for a new vehi the first from Rohrich. I've had experience with their service department in the past, all GOOD, However was never able to get a deal for a new vehicle where I felt like I was being appreciated, so went elsewhere. This changed with this purchase, my first from Rohrich. The process was fast and painless with all questions and concerns answered. Trade on my vehicle was fair. The paper work process with their technology was nothing like I have ever seen before, just amazing and took 15 minutes if that. Alec Shields kept me apprised of my vehicle's delivery status as I bought one that was in the process of being built. The Rohrich Advantage in services provided is also impressive, more than any other dealer has ever provided me on previous vehicles. WIN WIN !! More
