Recently, I found myself with 2 used cars (one a 14 year old Toyota which had been totally reliable and I'm sure has many good years left) but wanted a car with newer safety features. Al greeted me and listened patiently, answering my questions, then introduced me to Kristen Ehrmann. She was pleasant and extremely helpful, explaining the pros and cons of different models and it was easy to make a choice that met my needs. Since I had two cars to trade in (No, I didn't want to go through the experience of trying to sell them myself-been there/done that), she and another staff member came to my home on the following day) drove the cars back to the dealership and I left in my new C-HR. The woman I dealt with around financing was equally pleasant and accommodating to my decisions. I've recommended Rohrich and the Toyota brand many times over the years. More

Terrible Experiemce I called and spoke to one of their salesman looking for a Toyota Sienna that they had listed on their website. When I called and spoke to Kristen, I w I called and spoke to one of their salesman looking for a Toyota Sienna that they had listed on their website. When I called and spoke to Kristen, I was told she didn't see it on their site. I gave her the stock number and she told me it was sold. Called back an hour later spoke to another person and was told it was on the lot. When I went there, they told me it was just sold but that had others they could show me on their lot. So went to another dealer and was in the process of buying one when I received a call from Kristen and the van was now back up for sale. Told them tired of getting the run around and bought from the other guys. More

Worst Sales Team I am in the market to purchase an SUV and went to this dealership because I was interested in looking at a used Highlander they had on their lot. I told the salesman via email I would be there after work and gave an approximate time. When I arrived he was not there. I waited while their support staff located another salesman, which they did. I sat down with him for maybe 3 minutes, told him what I needed, he was busy typing away at his computer and then said "sorry we don't have anything for you" I told him another Toyota dealership had one but I wanted to come here because it was a lot closer to my home. He again told me there was nothing in their inventory that matched my needs & he basically sent me on my way. I've never been in sales, but I would have to say that's absolutely not how you treat a potential customer. He didn't make any effort whatsoever to help me. I do not recommend going there. I left & went to Kenny Ross Toyota and had an amazing experience. Rohrich salesman should take notes from them on how to treat potential customers & how to close a deal. More

Even though Rohrich doesn't officially participate in this progr We selected our vehicle on-line and got a discounted price from USAA Buying Service. Even though Rohrich doesn't officially participate in this program, they matched the price. We dealt with Kristen who was a joy to work with. She was very accommodating with a good sense of humor which made for a very enjoyable sales experience. She was also excellent on follow-up when some of the items we wanted didn't initially come in with the car. We have purchased a number of vehicles from Rohrich in the past, and had always dreaded the visit with finance. However, this time we dealt with Jim, who even made that part of the transaction stress-free. Overall, a very enjoyable and satisfying experience. More

We went to Rohrich Toyota to test drive a Rav 4 on the advise of a friend and we were pretty positive we were going to purchase a new vehicle that day. First off the SUV is an exciting vehicle. I was really impressed. Kevin Kinsella was our salesman and we could have not been in better hands. He is the very knowledgeable and with his expertise in 10 minutes found the car we were looking for. This was the smoothest car buying experience we ever had.
