Oil change and whiny noise when braking. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Also, had a whiny noise when braking sounded like the left rear wheel. I was greeted by Lane and he asked w I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Also, had a whiny noise when braking sounded like the left rear wheel. I was greeted by Lane and he asked why I came in. I told him. And, he started figuring. He then told me what they would probably need to do and gave me an estimate of about 7 to 8 hundred dollars. So, I told him to do it and signed the paperwork. I waited in the dealership. Lane came back in in about 40 minutes to an hour and told me they had replaced the break pads and oil the moving parts and were able to get the calipers on the left rear wheel back in working order without having to replace them. And it only cost me about $284.00 More

Fast forward to me needing a car—after weeks of searching within KC and having the “typical dealership experience” I traveled an hour to Rolling Hills to see Scott and was, again, so blown away at how much he loves and treats people. I felt ZERO pressure and was able to find the right car for me. Not only that but they were willing and OFFERED to bend over backwards to help me get my trade in to them since it’s not drivable without repair needing to be made—again, I live an HOUR away. My boyfriend who strongly dislikes dealerships was even so impressed that he will be stopping by for his next car here in the near future. Go see Scott! You will not regret it! More

Replacement of rear washer fluid bar-changing out fluids My appointment was for my 2013 Pilot. I needed to have a rear third brake light/washer fluid dispenser bar replaced. During this appointment the servi My appointment was for my 2013 Pilot. I needed to have a rear third brake light/washer fluid dispenser bar replaced. During this appointment the service staff brought to my attention that since my vehicle had passed 60,000 miles I needed to have brake fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluids replaced. I was given a cost for each service and the option to have the service completed that day. I decided to have the services recommended while I was already at the dealership. The finally cost was as expected from the prices I was quoted before the services. Rolling Hills has a nice waiting area and I was quite comfortable while I waited. The staff has always been polite and accommodating. More
