Growling/rattle noise toyota replaced my 2011 Rav4‘s dfferential coupler, as well as flashing the ECM (though I had to askabout that since they didnt put the required stick toyota replaced my 2011 Rav4‘s dfferential coupler, as well as flashing the ECM (though I had to askabout that since they didnt put the required sticker under the hood to indicate that they reset it). They did this work at no charge to me per their Tech Bulletin. I appreciated all of that obviously but the growl/rattle is still there. I Want to set up an appt with their dept head to go for a ride with me so he can hear it himself. They released the car back to me saying everything is fine....Im worried its not . More

Terry Hupp is an awesome sales person I went to Toyota/Honda to look at both vehicles and Terry Hupp was the salesperson who helped me. I told him what I wanted and he found most of the items on each vehicle and let me test drive them. I decided on Toyota but wanted a few more options. He found one for me very quickly. Terry was good to introduce me to several employees there in the dealership and everyone was extremely nice. I feel like they treat you as part of their family. Tressa was also very helpful in the financial area. I have purchased a cargo cover in the parts department and have had my tires rotated in the Service Dept. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Rolling Hills to everyone and especially Terry as a sales person. More
