My previous experience buying a car in a different state was not good. It was an 8 hour slog. Rolling Hills Toyota changed my perspective. The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. Shout out to Matt Banks who provided exceptional customer service, made sure that I understood the features that the Tacoma offered and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Brent and Taylor were very responsive to my emails with questions prior to getting in the door and Brent made sure everything was being handled well once I arrived. Sloan did a great job explaining the financial component and talking with me through the various forms. Everybody was incredibly personable, thorough, and easy to work with. I wouldn't change a thing and I won't be dreading going to the dealership the next time we need to buy a car. More

I first contacted Rolling Hills Honda online and was con This is only the second time purchasing a car from a dealer, but first from a new car dealer. I first contacted Rolling Hills Honda online and was contacted by Jess. Though we did not physically talk, only text. She was very prompt on answering any questions and set me up to speak with Scott Kneale. Scott was very professional at all times and never once pressured my wife and I. The car I was looking at, 2018 Honda Civic EX-T was actually in the show room. When it came time to test drive, I let him know that there was a similar model outside that I could use to test out. Even though there was a chance I may not purchase, he and the general manager( sorry I do not remember his name, but also very professional and courteous) insisted that they wanted me to test drive the exact car I was looking at. So they drove the car out the door. During the test drive, he assured me to act like he wasn't there and to "test" the performance I saw fit, in a safe manner of course. He was very well trained in every aspect of the Civic I was looking at. Upon return, he answered the final questions we had. After he was done with his part, he was able to get me over to the finance dept, Slone Cloke. As everyone else, Sloan was very well trained, as he even stated he was recently promoted in his current position. He worked hard to get us the best APR, even with a few issues on credit report. Overall, my expectations were met extremely more so than I was expecting. In the future, I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and look forward to a long relationship taking our "new addition" for any needed servicing. More
