My gorgeous 2013 Honda Accord Sport was hit while sitting stationary in a parking lot, leaving denting and peeled paint on the back bumper which demanded repair (as it threatened to create subsequent erosion complications). Having had minor repair work previously performed by this capable crew, Rolling Hills was my only trusted source. Tina worked with me every step of the way, and was invariably professional, personable, and patient in restoring my vehicle to its previous perfection and within the promised time frame. My car was returned to me with a flawless sparkling exterior, as well as with a finely detailed interior, from dusted dashboard to cleansed all-weather mats. Why would I ever trust anyone else to work on my beloved Sport? Simply put, I wouldn't! Once again, Tina and crew: thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!! More

terrible rip off, service Service department is absolutely terrible. They must think everyone is stupid. Took a car in under warranty with a short that is draining the batter Service department is absolutely terrible. They must think everyone is stupid. Took a car in under warranty with a short that is draining the battery. They replaced the battery and test drove the car. 5 hours and a 166 dollars later told us the car is fixed. Car Is not fixed, they never even bothered running diagnostics. We new the battery was bad. In a effort to not void warranty we took it in. Will never go back to them again ever! More

I had some very unfortunate and unexpected mechanical issues with a 2007 Toyota 4Runner and Justin REALLY worked with us to get everything repaired, fixed, and treat us like we were humans. Not once did we feel pushed or bullied to make expensive repairs, and not once did we feel we were being sold repairs that we did not need, and every time EVERYTHING was explained to us. I had called several other dealerships since it was being towed a long ways and chose Rolling Hills because I felt like they would work with us. Some of the other dealerships sounded ok over the phone, but not great, not personable, so we are very grateful for our experience with Rolling Hills. We were not just a phone # to call with an update and a bill to pay. What stands out most is that we knew Justin was HONEST with us every step of the way and we knew that he also had our best interests at heart in helping us work through the issues we had encountered with our vehicle. Fortunately, vivacious Tina at Rolling Hills assured me that all that was needed was buffing and touch-up work. We scheduled an appointment conveniently for the next day and within hours, my now year-old (yet, still utterly gorgeous!) vehicle again appears brand new--and all at the superb price of $75.00! I took my car into Rolling Hills for an oil change. The service shop staff were all very friendly and helpful to me! I talked the most to Kevin Selvidge, and he was very polite and helpful.
