I had leased several cars from this dealership. When looking to lease another I received a ridiculously high quote from a sales person. Then I received an email from a sales manager saying they ca When looking to lease another I received a ridiculously high quote from a sales person. Then I received an email from a sales manager saying they can reduce the lease payment by $100 per month. . So I agreed to the price. Then I received an email they forgot to include sales tax and the agreed price would be $35 per month higher because of sales tax. Yet I had an e mail from the sales person sales tax wasn't charged for leases in Kansas and Missouri. Big time bait and switch....do not go there. . More

Took a full week to complete service. Had to wait an extra two days to pickup vehicle because the bushings for the struts didn’t come with that order.
