Because of a scheduling conflict, Mark finished the deal and was very patient listening to my needs, although I had already decided that the Frontier was the best choice for me. Terry and Mark were great throughout the process. I traded two vehicles which made the dealing a little complicated. I was concerned about getting a fair deal. But it all worked out well. Nate Lehmer and Lee Hunter were also involved and were great to work with. The experience at RH is always good. I had been a customer for many years at a local Chrysler dealing because of a friendship with a salesman who retired some time ago and the experience is not the same.
