Everything was good during the whole process of looking, test driving and financing our 2012 Nissan Altima. Our salesman told us during the negotiations that our vehicle would have free oil changes for the test driving and financing our 2012 Nissan Altima. Our salesman told us during the negotiations that our vehicle would have free oil changes for the first 36,000 miles. We even made the comment that would be great even though we live 45 minutes away from the dealership, we could always find a reason to come to St. Joe. We ended up getting the price and no interest, which we wanted. Three months later my wife took the vehicle in for its first oil change, only to be told we didn't get free oil changes. I made contact with our original salesman and he advised me he would check into the issue. He never called back. One week later, I contacted him again and was told that it may be an "issue with the financing department." That was months ago, I have yet to hear anything from him. Just kind of felt it was a "thanks for your business, please don't bother us now." I would like to think that I may have just fell through the cracks in this one. Next time I will get verification of anything in writing before I leave with a new vehicle. More
