Had a great experience with purchasing but right around 12 days after purchasing my jeep. It over heated and I called my sales representative Ryan McNair and he said he would call me back, he called me bac 12 days after purchasing my jeep. When I took it to dealership I was being told that it will cost $220.00 for diagnostic and is was going to cost me $749.00 for full repair. I paid the $220.00 and took it to another mechanic and paid $163.00 after my warranty kicked in their side. Unfortunately I needed a rental because we needed a car that costed $200.00 as well out of pocket was $583.00. After only owning it for under 15 days. They did ask me to bring down car but it was already at mechanic shop and I was worries it would cause more problems with motor. If it fully overheated Wasn’t fully happy with how Rollit motors handled it but you live and learn Worst part of this I’m looking for a new work truck and now I know I’m not buying from here. I feel like they have a good team going there. As paperwork needs to be signed and there's a couple of things on the vehicle that may be one person didn't know as much about as another. I just felt like they really worked together well as a team and made sure that they all help me understand the things about my new vehicle and I felt like they weren't afraid to have each other help and bring up different things on the vehicle that I might would need to know instead of just one person trying to make sure that I knew everything about the vehicle which I thought was great. You never see that at a car dealership and I really really liked that. I liked how small the building was and that it wasn't overbearing when you walk in there just having all these people in their little booze wanting to be the one to help you and just all bit crawling over the top of each other to try and get your business that was refreshing. I like that we were able to use a credit card to put down cash for part of the buy and nothing was like over demanding or made a big deal of everything just went smooth and it was quick and usually you're down there for hours trying to buy a car and I just I just everything about this experience was wonderful. I'm 68 years old and I'll have to say this was probably the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle and I've had a lot of vehicles and a lot of nice cars so I really do appreciate you guys and I will send my friends and I will be back if I need something again thank you thank you Frank. I just recently purchased a 2012 Camaro from this dealership. I found the car online at web site, I live 500 miles from dealer, I bought the car online site unseen and on the word of the salesman Den dealership. The salesman told me the vehicle was in excellent condition, nothing wrong with it. When I received the car I drove it for a couple of days and noticed that the car would not drive straight, it would drift from lane to lane, I have to keep correcting, I took it to a shop for a inspection on front end suspension, the shop found the tie rods ends and wheel bearing were bad, I had to have them replaced, then I took car to have front end alignment, the shop informed me that the frame was bent and damaged, they couldn't set caster or camber, I called the salesman and informed him of the problems, he told me to send him pictures and invoices, which I did, and the dealership never returned my calls and just ignore me, they said car had a 15 day warranty and 500 miles, they said the car would be here in an week , I didn't get it for 3 weeks and the warranty was already expired. Now I'm stuck with a unsafe vehicle and have to pay to have the sub frame replaced to make it right. The salesman is a liar and I wouldn't recommend buying a wheel barrel from these people.
