This eventually led me to contact the general manager 9 months later after continued unprofessionalism outside of the store. I was immediately contacted by the general manager who apologized and reassured me that this individual no longer worked at that store. I felt that he took my complaint seriously and put forth great effort to make me feel comfortable in going back to this store. It appears that they truly care for their customers and are willing to work towards making things right. I genuinely appreciate their efforts to correct the situation. More

John Crawford (http://www.romanotoyota.com/dealership/staff.htm or 315-445-1070) was the sales consultant that I worked with and he was very attentive, creative, thorough, personable, and (above all) nice. At no point during the negotiating period did John employ high-pressure tactics to try and close the deal. John and (by extension) Romano Toyota were extremely competitive with regards to their lease pricing and trade-in valuation. John let his extremely competitive prices do the talking and relied on them to seal the deal, rather than employing trickery or hidden fees. This is my first Toyota vehicle, but if my new Rav4 is anything close to the experience delivered by Romano Toyota, then it won't be my last! More
