Shawn Culnan continues to lie about getting me a vehicle for a loaner that can tow so I can work! And this is since February 2023! Yet 4 months later still no vehicle and now I’m moving and have to rent a Uhaul to do it when I bought a truck in April 2022 and still haven’t been able to drive it for more than 2 months I’ve owned it! It’s been over a year and still Romeo Auto group is not doing anything right by the customer! Shawn Culnan is horrible to work with as a manager for the Romeo Auto outlet, acts like he’s helping you, then when it comes time to do anything says he never said that or that deal is mute when he’s signed documents that say otherwise!

Mr. Corey Bean visited the Romeo Auto Outlet to collect his 2017 F150 truck. At that time, our service manager and technicians gladly attended to Mr. Bean's inquiries and concerns about the vehicle, ensuring there were no apparent service issues. At this time Mr. Bean received a list of repairs carried out by our facility along with the repair order. Regrettably, before reaching out to us for assistance, Mr. Bean had visited a repair shop in Vermont, and we do not have any access to their records. Nevertheless, I gladly helped Mr. Bean in obtaining the necessary information from the warranty company. However, please be aware that there is an ongoing litigation for which payments were made and received, even though the work was not completed by the Vermont repair location. After arriving home, Mr. Bean called to inform us that the coolant reservoir for his radiator was below the fill line. We kindly asked him to take a picture and keep an eye on it, as our technicians believed it could be a normal occurrence after the work performed on the vehicle. We reassured Mr. Bean of our commitment to addressing any concerns and promised to explore all possible solutions. Mr. Bean reported an ongoing coolant leak, although the source of the leak remained unclear. He also mentioned that the check engine light had turned on and the vehicle was misfiring. At that time we arranged for a flatbed unit to promptly deliver a loaner vehicle to Mr. Bean's location, ensuring his concerns are addressed without delay. Our service manager and technicians are diligently working on diagnosing and performing necessary repairs on Mr. Bean's vehicle. Once completed, we will promptly notify Mr. Bean and have our concierge thoroughly review the repairs made with him. We genuinely empathize with Mr. Bean's experience and are committed to taking every possible step to ensure his satisfaction. As a gesture of goodwill, the Romeo Auto Outlet has provided Mr. Bean with an additional warranty, exceeding coverage, duration and millage from the one he initially purchased, at no extra cost. This warranty will help protect him against any unforeseen incidents in the future above and beyond the replacement parts we installed and work done by our facility . Furthermore, we've supplied Mr. Bean with a complimentary loaner vehicle from the Romeo Auto Outlet for the entire duration his vehicle is being serviced, at no additional financial burden. Most recently to ensure The Romeo Auto group is exhausting all remedies, we have offered Mr. Bean full retail purchase as cash value and offered to facility the exchange into a vehicle of his choice. Unfortunately Mr. Bean refuses to accept our offers and stated he wanted his truck he purchased fixed.
