I can't think of any way to improve my repair visit I found the entire experience to be noteworthy. Like most people, I am very busy and appreciate the thoughtfulness and precision with which my visit I found the entire experience to be noteworthy. Like most people, I am very busy and appreciate the thoughtfulness and precision with which my visit was handled. Making a reservation on-line was simple and efficient, allowing me to find the most suitable time for my appointment. I received a follow-up phone call and e-mail to remind me of the appointment. When arriving at the appointed time, my repair issue was fully discussed and my vehicle was immediately taken into the shop under the watchful eye of Joe Sanford (who BTW I have always found to provide excellent service on Romeo's behalf). While waiting for the work to be completed, I was able to get some work done in your well-appointed lounge area. When the work was underway, Joe came out to advise me what work had to be done and why. When it was finished, he expertly handled the necessary paperwork and walked me out to my vehicle. I can not find anything about this morning's experience that could have been done better! More
