Service department is a scam and way over priced. The hours that were worked on my truck were double the time it should have taken and they definitely charged me accordingly. I tried fighting it and found out that the manager i was speaking with is not even knowledgeable in the field of mechanics so it went nowhere. After paying the ridiculous bill I went home and crawled under my truck to see what was done. Of course what I saw only justified my argument on the price even more so. I will not be returning here and I hope others do not fall for their scams as well. More

I bought a 14 Silverado back in December of 2021 the next day I came to pick the truck up they had driven the truck 398 miles to do the inspection and then two days later the check engine light came on and a day I came to pick the truck up they had driven the truck 398 miles to do the inspection and then two days later the check engine light came on and a high pressure fuel line had to be replaced. Then 40 days later my transmission went bad. And now I have been waiting to find out if it is covered under their insurance. I am under the 60 lemon law and the 3000 miles but they have been giving me the run around for over a week now. More
