I can't say enough about this dealership. The service is second to none. I'd also like to take a moment to comment on one of their Sales Consultants, Jeff Reopell. Unlike what we are typically accustomed to when it comes time for a purchase, Jeff really takes the time to listen, understand a person's needs and concerns. Working with my wife and I he formulated what has been an excellent solution for us. We've replaced our 2011 Acadia with a 2013 Acadia. Jeff gave us an option that saves us several hundred a month in payments over what we were originally paying. Putting the customer first in many businesses has been a thing of the past. Not at the Romeo dealership however. I can't say enough and would definately recommend that anyone looking for a vehice stop by and see Jeff. When they say "We sell cars,,, Family Style" they really mean it. Jeff is a sterling example! More

Stay away from this dealer! I ordered a new Buick Enclave with a 4,500 lb. factory installed towing package and received and Enclave with a maximum 2,000 lb. towing capacity.
